I dont remeber ever seeing a elite lightweight with NO muscle definition. He looks like a lightweight version of cris arreola. How does a top echelon lightweight not have at least a six pack?

Juan Diaz makes greg ostertag look cut & defined.
some people just don't get cut up.

I dont really blame Juan Diaz for losing the fight. He fought his heart out and did not give, not to mention he also stepped up to the plate to give Paule a rematch.

I am really pissed off at his Training Camp. I mean come up guys, it is critical to have your fighter in tip toe shape. Juan Diaz looked like **** out there. He has jelly rolls, love handles and flabby arms. WTF!!!!Are you serious?

When you are headlining a HBO event ,how could you let your fighter let go of himself. As trainers you should make sure that your fighter is well prepared.

I know alot you out there are going to argue that "having muscles doesnt mean ****" or say "every one is not built the same" But come on guys. Are you serious.

Look at the elite fighters at 140 , Bradley, Khan, Urango, Alexander. These guys are in great shape. Juan has nothing on these guys.

The problem with Juan, is that he is slow and does not have any power behind his punches.

PLEASE JUAN if you are reading this...GET A MEMBERSHIP TO 24 hours or LA Fitness. Hell, I will even be your work out partner.

You represent Houston and we are proud of you.

Get back in the gym and show the world what you are made of.

Juan Diaz Cut the fat and hit the weights.

Ronnie Shields get off your a ss !!!!!

Ronnie Sheilds was good enough to work as a trainer for both Pernell Whitaker and David Tua. I'm sure both have better credentials than "Raul."
Ronnie Sheilds was only good to keep these two in shape not add anything new to there boxing skills set i also have been to that gym Ronnie Sheilds does suck and Raul was a champ at one point in his boxing career i learn more from him then i did with Ronnie Sheilds . i know alot of guys who train there and they always point out that Ronnie Sheilds sucks balls they always have good things to say about Raul in the end they always go to a diffrent gym to train

PS JUAN DIAZ FIND A NEW TRAINER

Juan Diaz has been that way since the beginning. It's just the way he looks at the weight. Turning it into muscle won't do anything good. What he needs to do is drop fat and fight at 130.

I give Shields credit for making Cintron a better fighter. He's not a bad trainer.
