Sorry but no. Sugar Ray Robinson is the Greatest of all time. Mayweather avoided all the top fighters when he retired just to save his undefeated record. I believe everyone who really "follows" boxing knows this to be the truth. So to say that Floyd is the "Greatest" is doing an injustice to all the other "Great" fighters of the past and present who were and are more impressive in their approach to the sport of boxing than Mayweather.
