In the same way that Jones used a win over an old Trinidad to land Calzaghe? Everyone makes excuses for the Jones loss except for Jones. Jones was hit with a grazing shot and nearly went to sleep. The same shot as Glen Johnson.

It's a little different when Roy was shot himself and fought a YOUNGER Trinidad and was, himself, a bigger draw in the first place. Don't get butt hurt, you know there's a big difference. Danny Green brings money green, that dollar dollar bill, that's what he brings. If the fight happens in Australia then Bhop will make between 6-7 million. Jones made a reported 4 million so Bhop will definitely make more. Bhop wont see that kind of money fighting Dawson or anyone else in the US. I wanted Jones to beat Green to finally have a rematch with Bhop, but since that is ruined, to me it does make sense to fight Green who messed up Bhop's "payback" with Jones. Plus he states that he wants to fight at HW, so what better way to get your body adjusted to moving up in weight. I do agree with everyone that he should fight the best LH which is Dawson, but to Bhop's defense...he's been doing this for years, he's almost 45 so if he's going to fight then he should want the most money he can get. I can't hate on the man for that.

Lol, why would B-hop make more? His last fight he earned 200k. Jones is a bigger name and has ALWAYS been a higher earner. Hopkins will be lucky to get the same cash Roy did if the fight happens. But, like I said before, it isn't happening.

Green stands a better chance of KOing Hopkins than Chad Dawson does. So is this fight really all that less dangerous than a Dawson fight for Hopkins? I want to see Bernard fight Dawson too. But HBO is offering fruit loops for that fight.
