Is it crazy for me to think that B-Hop can beat Chad?

Now, let me start off by saying that I know B-Hop probably won't fight Chad. But, I'm not in such a rush to sign him off as getting a one sided beating. I've heard a lot of people say that it's going to be like Taylor-Hopkins all over again. But, Taylor and Dawson are two diff. fighters imo. In the second Tarver fight, Antonio was able to make it unnecessarily close by getting physical with Dawson. As we all know, Hopkins can make Charlize Theron look ugly...lol...so I could see him pulling this fight out in an ugly, disgusting, horrible, mockery of a boxing match that would leave the Marquees of Queensbury turning in his grave...lol

it would be an interesting fight, hops is slowing down, he's easier to hit now. bad chad could hit Hops clean now, if B-hop was younger he couldn't. ornelas isn't on dawson's level and he caught old hops with a few good shots

Yes your just a delusional Hopkins fanboy. Dawson would beat the **** out of Hopkins at this stage of his career. Your overrating him, he's not as good as you think. It took him 5 rounds to FIGURE OUT a C level level middleweight. Dawson would rip Hopkins would 5-6 combinations so fast, Hopkins wouldn't be able to see what's coming. Hopkins can't get physical with Dawson anymore BECAUSE HE'S TOO OLD.

This fight isn't happening because Dawson and Hopkins are hard to negotiate with, and not to mention the fans think Dawson is fighting 40 years old too much.

Dawson is either fighting Pascal or Cloud next, someone close to his age.

I'm going to have to disagree. The fight against Ornelas was no indication. He hadn't fought in a year, not to mention he probably didn't go too hard in the gym for a guy he knew he'd beat. Tarver is 40 years old, and Chad had didn't dominate him in the 2nd fight. And Tarver hasn't had a good win since Glen Johnson...

But you forget to mention that Dawson looked like a seasoned veteran who's skills have polished since beating Glen Johson for the second time, Dawson is in his prime right now. Hopkins has looked like garbage in many of fights since his two losses against Taylor, what does Hopkins do that will threaten Dawson? Absolutely nothing. This fight might happen though depending if Pascal needs to heal his injuries.

Sure, one could say hopkins would lose to dawson at this point because of age, but for you to say Dawson would beat the **** out of him is crazy talk - you underestimate hopkins skills, even at this point, and overrate dawsons own abilities. Hopkins doesn't get the **** beat out of him and Dawson rarely beats the **** out of anyone.
