Maybe over the hill was the wrong word...he's still an elite fighter but he aint in his prime...and he lost to Cotto...who Pacquiao jus annhilated...

And Berto hasn't beaten anyone THAT good yet...

according to this thread floyd might as well just skip the manny fight..i can just imagine this forum on march 14th after floyd dominated manny....manny was to small, floyd picks on smaller fighters..floyd needs to fight shane,berto,etc,etc...floyd will never get credit, yet the ones who say this **** on floyd and **** ride manny

how much he gains depends on how he looks. its possible both guys gain regardless of who wins. but a pac win does a lot more for him than a floyd win does for him, there isnt an argument there.

I don't see how you come to that conclusion...Pac being too small excuse is out the window...he's a welterweight...and he's in his prime...

floyds already said he's too small, manny is smaller, he's not a full fledged welter. a great big man is suppose to beat a great little man. how much credit did bhop get for his win over oscar?

Aaron Pryor beat alexis arguello 2x.

You would be hard pressed to find a ATG list or boxing analyst that would rank Pryor above Arguello.

Only if Fraud jr. keeps fighting & winning vs top competition (in his division or up) will he rank higher than Pac.

If both retired after they fight Pac will be ranked higher. Doesnt change the fact that Pac has 56 fights, only 4 above 130.

It will be a great win for floyd but his legacy certainly would have been enhance further if he cleaned out the division instead of waiting and fighting one of two last man standing

not sure how far this win will bump him up the atg list but if shane is able to beat berto in impressive fashion than i believe a win over shane will enhance his legacy even further than a win over pac

i dont care what people say,pbf is a elite fighter and would of give any other boxer at 130,135,140 and 147 one hell of a fight in their prime, even if it was sugar ray, hagler, hearns or some of the other greats in history,im not saying he would beat all of them but they might of bought the best out in him.if he beats manny the number 1 p4p champ in the world also a legit ww,he is in the top 15atg for me

Well for starters pac is the underdog, he is smaller on the scales, smaller in size, fighting his 3rd fight at ww in just over a year. how many years has floyd been at ww?

floyd is favoured to win, so why wouldnt a win for the underdog mean more than a win for the favourite as it does in every other sporting event?
