trainers get hot and people use them, roachs popularity will cool off just like any other trainer, but hes always been good, however hes had his failures. tyson/williams. hopkins/calzhage de la hoya/mayweather, it happens.
This is the thing though, I thought Roach was already a great trainer when he was coaching those fighters that didn't succeed while he was training them.

Just listening to Roach in the corner and his approach to the game impresses me.

futch's legacy as a trainer is impeccible. even roach himself would likely tell you to stfu with this nonsense you are posting. futchs legacy within this sport spanning 4 decades is outstanding.

But, but, but, Roach has won 4 trainer of the year awards... Futch only has 2... That makes Roach better... Is common sense..

When did I ever say that Roach is better than Futch?

And plus, they only started handing out the Trainer of the Year award in 1989.

It seems funny to me though, for all the world champs Nacho has groomed and turned into champs, he still can't get a trainer of the year award, lmao.

You wanna know why, 'cause in all those years since the BWAA started handing out the trainer of the year award, another trainer was able to outdo Nacho!!
