no it aint coz pac's willing to take the test but with minimal blood draw....floyd on the other hand is the only one in boxing history to demand more than a standard routine.....thats floyd camp to you....

actually he is refusing the test its all minimum blood drawn n besides and is both fighters doing the same testing 40 mil each why not....i mean boxing should have this kind of testing with all the scandals in sports from baseball to football and sugar shane....but from what i know all test that would be taken wouild be with minimum blood withdrawn
