LOL So you saying they just can't box for a living? If your idea goes through and in 50yrs a fighter can't get down to 245 won't be able to make a living as a fighter. Even though boxing is there passion. That just doesn't sound right to me.

I think so. I mean, these HWs today are just so d*mn big. Just like we don't expect a 126lber to fight a 147lber.

I would make a Super Heavyweight division starting at 236lbs.

          Okay...

Would you want to see Shane Mosley fight Tomasz Adamek.

Because that same weight difference is what goes on in heavyweight boxing.

but when you reach weight into the 200s the difference is much different then comparing a ww to a light heavy.

Obviously, but comparing a fight between a 126 lb fighter and a 176 lb fighter is a completely different story then comparing 210 lb fighter and 260

I agree with the TS. There should be one heavyweight division. 245 seems to be a reasonable cut off. I hate to use this as an example, but even the UFC has a heavyweight range cut off of 265.

Iont know man..I guess its up for debate...

If you ask the straweight who fights Williams at 154.....theyll tell you the weight was a mother****er.

If you ask a 200 Pound heavy who fights a 250 Pound heavy.....theyll tell you the same.

                    Boxing is based on weight...

No. If you want to come in out of shape and get your **** ruined you should be allowed to.
