You just seemed very "tight" and like you were trying to explode. And we could hear that in your breathing.
just relax, try to breathe normally. even if that means that you are going a bit slower in shadowboxing. Just get the movement (hands AND head) going, and as you get more comfortable, the speed and power will come. And your breathing won't be so labored.
Focus on good habits. Don't be so Litzau-esque.Comment

you have some good speed, and can obviously throw some combinations together.im 13 its really short as my lung recently collapssed and i cant take a proper breath

But, I would stress you train less flash, more substance.
You might have beat some guys in the ams, but eventually you will run into someone that will just walk through your shots like they are nothing, and hit you with their own. And there's something about getting hit that tends to slow you down, feel me?
So I would work on more head movement, more footwork and angles, as well as punch technique... turn over your punches, don't just throw them out there for flash effect
