I think I know why he seldom takes risk inside the ring, and why he avoids certain fighters. I remember him saying that he doesn't want to end up like Ali, so he fights smart. I think really he doesn't want to end up like his dumba** dad, or his uncle who clearly took to much punishment in their day. He looks at them, and the way they talk and says, "**** that I'm not fighting Mosley, Cotto, or anyone who has a chance of leaving me like that." Maybe he is not scared of loosing his 0, as much as he is scared as ending up like his crack head dad, and uncle.

He's scared of losing his "0" because that and his mouth are all he's got going for him. Everyone will agree that he's a boring fighter to watch. And as far as him ending up like his Unc and Daddy, there is nothing he can do about that, it's in the genes.

He wouldn't be so boring in my opinion if he mixed up the combos every so often instead of potshotting his opponents. He honestly does not give a **** about the fans, so I doubt he will get any more exiting, yet I respect his skills, and hope that he gives us a good fight against Manny.

I disagree. Everyone on here pretty much knows my stance. I just dont think Floyd wanted to fight those cats at 1st because he didnt feel that he was big enough. He thought he would win but he might lose and he would kill himself if he lost to an inferior cat like Margarito just because he was too big for Mayweather to deal with. He's not going to go out like that. He was coming into the ring at 146 pounds at the time and looked even smaller than that naturlaly while the WW's were all huge & physical. Now I still think he's the smallest guy but he's probably put on 6 or 7 pounds and that makes a huge difference. People dont understand that. I bet anything that if he was the size back then that he is now then he wouldve had no problem fighting those guys. Thats why I think he was definatly going to do it now and still is. If Cotto wouldve won then I have no doubt that he would fight him and I bet anything that after Pac you will see him against a Mosley or whoever.

People dont want to face facts but the truth is that if Floyd had takened those fights at the time then he may not have been undefeated. Does that make him a *****? To same haterz probably so but if you know what he's doing then you shouldnt. Now he's 152 or 153 in the ring. He wouldve had to run for his life against Cotto & Margarito back then. He doesnt have to do that now. People hate on him because them cats lost but its not his fault. They couldve still had stayed on top while he was gone and he still wouldve came back now and had to fight them. People blame him for them losing and looking washed up.
