    Mayweather CARRIED Hatton IMO

I thought MAYWEATHER could have ended Hatton much earlier then did.

And i think the reason for that is because a lot of fans and experts were very su****ious before the fight that it could wind up being a complete mismatch.

So Floyd let him go rounds, let the fight look competitive, and then scores the knockout, therefore elevating his win.

    Just a thought

Possibly, but I doubt it. Mayweather was having a lot trouble with Hatton early on and I think he knew that he had to time things out for the perfect moment. The perfect moment was in the tenth round.

Agreed, Floyd knew it since Hatton signed the contract.

I'm just amazed how people actually though Hatton a B fighter could take out the P4P king, which he obviously couldn't.

Im not to sure but I rewatched it the other day and can honestly say that Hatton was not in the fight. He made it LOOK like he was by pressuring and throwing but Floyd was TAGGING him from the 1st round.

I tend to agree. After hatton relentlessly heckled Floyd about his boring style I think that maybe Floyd decided to show his audience that he can put on an action show. Perhaps not, but imo Floyd did just that.

Having trouble? Hatton won MAYBE two rounds and even those were questionable. Floyd dominated that fight.

agreed. somehow the perception is that fight was close? which it was not. it has something to do with Ledermans abysmal scorecard.
