Mayweather vs Pacquiao not easy money for either fighter

I will tell you this much anyone who think one guy is going to walk through the other is gravely mistaken. For each fighter better be prepared and is going to be in the fight of their lives.
The size difference is not that much. The edge goes to Mayweather as far as being the bigger man.

The speed difference is not that much I would say Pacquiao may be a little faster as far as hand speed and combinations.

The power goes to Pacquiao. The ring generalship goes to Mayweather.

Boxing ability goes to Mayweather by a larger margin than any of the other categories.

Explosiveness goes to Pacquiao. We have all seen what he can do when going on the attack and tryng to finish his guy.

COunter punching goes to Mayweather and he is going to get alot of opportunities to capitalize on that edge.

This si going to be a war and for all the chips winner takes the P4P title and supreme reign as cash cow in the industry. For all you Pac fans out there saying it is easy money for your favorite fighter your are gravely mistaken. I think styles make fights and although Floyd is not going to be in for a walk in the park the edge where it counts in style goes to Floyd.....Lefty

The two styles mesh in a way that this fight will almost certainly be close. Pac's stamina, speed, and unique angles spell trouble for Floyd's ultra-defensive style, and Floyd's technical mastery, counter punching, and his own speed spell trouble for Pac's ultra-aggressiveness.

Totally agree this fight will be difficult for both, if either is underestimating this fight, they will get beat down.

Co Sign my friend the porblem that I see here on the board is that both sides fans are saying the fighter they are rooting for is going to get the W and easily. It is after FMJ beats PAC then ? or after PAC beats FMJ then? To tell you the truth I think both fighters are looking no further than eachother. I think both of them are seeing major $$$ signs and one of them may retire right after the fight win or lose....Lefty

I just answered in another thread. **** it, I'll paste.

I've considered every outcome and I'm still not convinced of any of them. I'm looking for something slightly less obvious, such as Pacquiao by SD. Why? Duran-Leonard 1. If Pacquiao brings that type of hunger I don't see Floyd being able to deal with it. However skilled he is as a boxer, it's the fighter in him which I have yet to really see. Personally, I don't think he has the fighting spirit of Pacquiao, nor the mental strength, so it's a case of brilliant boxer vs. brilliant fighter.

Which comes out on top? Not sure. I have it as a closer fight than most other people. Neither of them beats the other easily, but I wouldn't feel a lack of confidence in predicting a Pacquiao win. I believe he has the tools to do the job, he just needs to stick to the game plan and make sure he imposes his will.

          No outcome would be surprising.

            true

The size difference is not that much. The edge goes to Mayweather as far as being the bigger man.
            floyd is bigger

The speed difference is not that much I would say Pacquiao may be a little faster as far as hand speed and combinations.
            pac is faster

            The power goes to Pacquiao.
            obviously
The ring generalship goes to Mayweather.
if you mean by running then yes

Boxing ability goes to Mayweather by a larger margin than any of the other categories.
not really. does floyd epitomize orthodox boxing technique? yes. does that mean pac is just some wild brawler like mayorga? no. the margin is not that wide and the only reason floyd gets this category is because he's ALOT more defensive.

Explosiveness goes to Pacquiao. We have all seen what he can do when going on the attack and tryng to finish his guy.
            obvious

COunter punching goes to Mayweather and he is going to get alot of opportunities to capitalize on that edge.
pac can counterpunch too, but he is very offensive minded... that doesn't mean he can't counterpunch.

This si going to be a war
I doubt it. floyd will run.

and for all the chips winner takes the P4P title
            yes

and supreme reign as cash cow in the industry.
no... this is determined by who is the more marketable boxer after the fight. the winner doesn't get this automatically.

For all you Pac fans out there saying it is easy money for your favorite fighter your are gravely mistaken.
it ain't gonna be easy for floyd either.

i'm a pacfan but i never said it's going to be easy for him

in fact i said it time and time again, it's not going to be a walk in park for floydie either. and yet we see a lot of *****s here saying floyd will dominate and murder the pacman as if manny will suddenly turn into a drunken zombie come fight night!

this is an exciting fight that can potentially turn either way but of course i will have to support my favorite fighter

I've seen more *****s predicting an easy victory than *******s, tbh.

They usually come with the same idea every time as well: "Manny will take the early rounds, then Floyd adjusts and dominates. You wait and see! Pacquiao will get owned!"

They expect **** to play out like the Judah fight. It seems a really simplistic way of looking at it, IMO.

Floyd is going to try to run and hide but come March 13th PAC will find him. he is going to force him to fight. The place will be rocking and the announcers will turn into fans. Fans will be excited and will crowd around the TV. It has been a long time since we have had a fight of this magnitude fellas. Anyone who has the above out look on the fight is entitled to their thoughts. I myself refuse to comment on how it is going to play out round by round. I think PAC will surprise us much like he has done before but I think and hope Floyd is going to show us something he has not shown us before. That is he is mortal and has a real killer instinct.....Lefty

this will be a tough fight for both fighters because of the syle match up. if ur unbias u can make a case for either fighter. both hav their advantages and disadvantages.
