What a lame ass piece of trash you are using the "I'm not a boxer" argument. I'll say whatever I want you little f**k. This is a boxing forum, keep that in mind because you're contradicting yourself. His fans overrate him, he hasn't beaten a legitimate LHW in years, not only that but his fans can't realize that he hasn't looked like the P4P boxer on a consistent basis. At times he looks B level. But you know and I know why he isn't fighting the likes of Carl Froch, Lucian Bute, Dawson, etc.Last edited by Boxingwizard; 12-09-2009, 08:00 AM.Comment

I'm sure Danny Green would jump at the chance to take on any top lhw. Let's see him make some noise in his own division before calling out anyone of top stature. A win over Roy at cruiser means jack IMO. Roy took a chance and it did not pay off. At all.Comment

Get it right champ, bernard hopkins is the one who said that becoming a legend thing. Of course he is getting alot of attention, he beat one of the best of all time and a MASSIVE favourite pre-fight. Jones was apparently back to his best and better and fitter than ever pre-fight. After Green beat him he was all of a sudden over the hill and a 40 yr old bum. C'mon give Green his Props. He deserves some attention.Comment

To be honest, he did look quite crappy to me at the beginning of the fight. But later, he opened up. The guy did have a very long lay-off. And he is just about 45. A sharpened Hopkins would do better against that guy. I'd bet a little on that. I wouldn't put much on Hopkins versus Green, but I'd definitely give him a shot. If he's sharp, at least.Comment
