I think Floyd actually is holding back until that contract is signed..
Once that Contract is signed I think he is going to unlease on Pacquiao.

This has the feeling of the Trinindad-Hopkins fight. Trinidad was the dominate force just destroying people and Hopkins was the boring, defensive counter puncher who was talking a lot of trash.
