Not everyone has the killer style that Manny has. I'd love it if he did though but Manny is a one of a kind boxer with a one of a kind style.

Give us a break... Martinez like Paul Williams now is being overly rated. Where in the first place, both are only good but not great fighters.
agreed, both are good, but not yet great.

Greatness comes with time, not by demolishing the old guard. At the moment I agree, they are just good fighters. Only time will tell if they can become great.

I pointed out how good Martinez was before his fight with Williams. I knew who he was and what kind of fighter he is. It's unfortunate that you have your head up Manny Pacquiao's ass 99 percent of the day. You're oblivious when it comes to other fighters. If you come on here trying to discredit how good Martinez really is I'll rip that argument to shreds. And if you truly knew Martinez or actually watched(obviously you didn't) his fight with Cintron you would have known that the fight was no draw and Martinez dominated it. If you don't know about it, dont talk about it.

Of course he didn't. Just another example of someone making statements about a fight they didn't see or even read about to make their point.

Martinez is a great fighter. He is not on the level of Pac but he sure is a talented and world class boxer. TS should learn to appreciate other fighters as well instead of worshipping Pacquiao.

Sergio is a good fighter, but not great. Only time will tell if he can take it to the next level. Sergio did win the fight with Cintron, but it never surprised me, there's nothing impressive about Cintron, IMO cintron is a fighter who lacks skill and defense. I had p-will winning the fight by 2 rounds, Sergio fought a good fight but i thought he allowed himself to get hit to many times...

Hey I don't think he's a top 10 PFP fighter but he's an entertaining counter puncher and how many of those do you see around. He's a unique fighter to say the least and he's entertaining.

The term great is thrown around way too much these days. I think its good that martinez is getting the respect he deserves hes a really good fighter and has potential to do good things and I think people are starting to realize that. I think that because there are only a handfull of boxers that are actually superstars people easily get caught up and overestimate a fighter they think is good.
