when max was on espn he use to do this email thing with the fans.
i asked him about pacquiao 7-8 years ago.
he said pacquiao was exciting to watch but nothing special.
he also thought larry merchant was nuts for putting pacquiao on larry's top 10 p4p list.
whenever he compliments pacquiao it's probably just a way to tag along marquez's name.

Actually, it has nothing to do with that at all. Kellerman is a joke wether he PRETENDS to praise a boxer I don't like or not. The media is hyping Pac to be something special or as they put it "the third coming" behind of course the almighty joke Hussien "Osama" ***** then Jesus then Pac. Which Pac is obviously not and it is really getting annoying now. Plain and simple I believe Max is a joke along with the President of the United States and Pac.Comment

Kellerman's interviewing skills are horrendous. There are a number of better interviewers on YouTube alone and a lot of them are just boxing fans with no formal journalistic training. HBO shouldn't allow Kellerman to interview fighters imo. His commentating is sometimes interesting but often its convoluted and contrived. He should either be restricted to commentary alone, or ideally replaced altogether.Comment
