Nah, Pacs head isnt big. When he had short hair his head looked smaller. Plus his brain is the same size as the average sized person but it just his body is shorter, so his head appears bigger.

But look at midgets and their heads look too big for their bodies. Cased closed.

having a big head doesn't mean it's the best target, far from it. i've got a big head and a thick neck, and that, compared to my calve muscles- Joe Frazier told me that made it harder for me to ever be knocked out/down. the same can apply for Manny, who has very muscular lower legs, and, apparently, a big head. can be an advantage, is all i am saying.

I mean wtf do we really know about performance enhancing drugs really?
