exactly that's how I see it, 154 is an asylum for Welter Weights;
cotto just wants to retire with a belt; he knows all the fights at 147
require receiving a massive punishment and he don't want that

Nope,Cotto better stay clear of 154!!I think Cotto just needs about 6 months off,then return to welterweight,but fight no lower than 147,no lower!!
