154 is where Welter Weights go when they can't fight against TOP WW anymore. I think Cotto is done at the elite level. I wish and hope I am wrong because I love watching the guy fight. But at WW I don't thinkhe can beat the TOP 3 or 4 guys FMJ, PAC, SSM, maybe he could beat Berto???....Lefty
