yeah corley stunned him, but what that clip doesn't show is Floyd regrouping and then coming out crazy and beating da hell out of corley for the rest of the fight.

He wasn't stunned against Judah either, but completely dominated after the 4th rd! So if i was Roach, i wouldn't look to hard at those fights!

True... but you also have to take into consideration that Mayweather not really respected the power of Corley... he stood pretty much flat footed in front of him... the same for Judah... yes, he got hit but he also got hight from right handers... I would bet that May won't stand still in front of Pacquiao... he's not ****** and knows that Pacquiao can punch.

He also at times in fights changes his defense up... he can also fight hands up... it's not like the shoulder roll is all he is or can doing... what pretty much is different this fight is... that Pac will have more problems closing the gap... if he came forward against Cotto, DLH etc. he could almost kiss them so close he was without effort... against Floyd like said it will be different... he's moving target... it will cost Pacquiao more to get to him and thinking about it... but who knows... probably Mayweather decides to walk to him... I was actually surprised that he did it against Marquez even though he was bigger... ppl seem to forget that this is the fight for Mayweather too... first time in many years... ppl pick against him... he's fighting a great and respected fighter in his prime... if he ain't gives his all then he probably never will...

I think Pacquiao fans will be surprised how much heart and determination Floyd has... you ain't up there where he is without it.

As Roach has said this will be a tough fight and only at times will it be somewhat exciting because of Mayweather's hit and don't get hit style. He will make Pac look average, just as JMM looked or most any fighter Mayweather fought. Yet its always the fighter that was average right?

After Mayweather fights Pac nobody will be able to say he beat a washed up, old, never has been, never was etc etc because Pac is a GREAT and when Mayweather who is technically a better fighter beats him. Nobody can say anything but damn, Mayweather is just that good and I was wrong.

Only thing I can see is that there is so much hate towards Mayweather that if Pac loses people will dismiss Pac because they cant give Mayweather credit..... as they do most all of Mayweather's opponents.

In the contrary, if Pac beats PBF I'm sure PBF will be diminished as just an overrated fighter! and will be forgotten in a just a short time!

lol,be carefull Floyds nutthuger,it's not because Floyd beat Manny that he robbs his legacy.
Manny beat good bigger dudes in Cotto,Fatton and Diaz.Wich is crazy is he beat them easy,even Cotto who gave a tought night to Clottey wth one eye.

That's why,I think Manny ain't goin easy for Floyd,it's the only thing I know,I mean,not like Marquez.

And Floyd being bigger isn't an excuse but a fact,Manny was at 130 18 months ago,106 10 years ago...Floyd already was a welter when Manny was a feather.

Floyd should have fight Tszyu when he was 140,Mosley,Cotto,Margo when he was 147,WW and Forrest 154.
Beatin these dudes he would have been a top 10 ATG.But he could have lost his 0.
I'm not sayin he's a duck,just ha didn't fought these guys=the bests,they were the bests,no Oscar at this point,Judah,Baldo,Gatti and Fatton.

You see... you are a guy that is simply very representive for most here on these boards. There are guys who respect Mayweather skills (these have to be nutthuggers) and there are guys like you who won't never give him credit for what he does. At which time should he have fought Mosley or Cotto? I know you won't do it because it would basical expose everything you say but do a timetable... Cotto started fighting at WW at the time Mayweather fought DLH he had his second match at WW. Mosley was just coming back down to WW... and even there Floyd wanted him... but he had to see his tooth doc. So don't act like it's always Floyd's fault. If somebody gives you ***** slap like Mosley in front of cameras then you don't need to run around and try to make it look like you were ducked... Margarito is the only one who was at WW at the whole time Floyd does... and what had he done in that time. Fight once a year. He not even had the resume of a Baldomir, even though he only had Judah and Gatti on it... so how in the hell should Margarito be some of the best at the time.

Mayweather never competed at 54... just for DLH to become famous... so I don't know what he has anything to do with Floyd.

If you are such a smart guy then please go back in history and tell me which guy (not compared to Floyd) had a better resume 3 or 4 weight classes above his natural weight class (and he had to be really good at his first weight class) I would be surprised if you could name me at least 5... at his weight class Floyd did his thing... and then he moved up to become famous... and I know it might hurt some of you guys... but guys like Judah, Gatti... they had a name... he could do PPV's with them... Cotto became later on a known name... Margarito after Cotto... Shane Mosley was a name but never really in his reach weight class wise... so he gunned for Hatton and DLH... and nobody else would have done different. Some boxers would chop their arm off to get a fight with DLH... and it's not because he's the best... so again... don't act like he invented everything bad... it's always been that way.
