Dude, first off don't go dissin the island saying that we "draft" people from Puerto Rico. The United States has not "drafted" soldiers since the end of the Vietnam war when the military became volunteer only. Puerto Rico's army is the United States army, and many Puerto Ricans proudly "VOLUNTARILY" sign up to fight. PR is a territory similar in fashion to American Samoa.. I'm surprised other Puerto Ricans didn't jump to point this out. Oh well, now you know...

In times of war, the US can not legally draft people from PR, correct?

I love it when people say that Tito isnt as great as people make him out to be. This shows lack of respect for a fighter that has contributed so much to the sport by taking on difficult challenges and beating some of the best fighters in the sport.
U cats talk about the tito fans making excuses but if Tito beats Winky watch how all of you **** riding ******s are gonna downplay Titos performance. I noticed that most of the hate for Tito stems from the way he has demolished most of his opponents and also how all the talk by his fans are backed up by his actions. The fact that most of the time Tito fans are right upsets alot of people. He lost one fight but if he comes back and beats hopkins the excuse will be that hopkins is old. Bull**** hopkins is in the best shape of his life. He hasnt been ****ed up physically in his fights so his condition is still top notch. Besides even when he was younger he got schooled by Roy Jones. Anywayz look for Tito to KO Winky and observe how all of those that were going for Winky will act like bitches and still not give Tito the props he deserves.
