Manny is a beast and deserves the kudo's he has reaped. But there were fighters who took on other fighters who were also great during a similar time frame. Barney Ross comes to mind as does Henry Armstrong. Im only going by memory, but I would bet their feats were similar. No knock on Pac who is a modern day beast.

well..first of all...morales and barrera weren't exactly in their prime...they both killed each other before they fought pacman.....oscar de la hoya is an idiot because he chose to fight at 147 for some ****** reason, anyone who saw the fight can cleary see de la hoya was drained and could barely throw a punch

Throwing almost 500 punches in 8 rounds isn't that bad. You know what Oscar's problem was? Fear. He was terrified of throwing because Manny always beat him to the punch and hurt him. Watch the fight again and think of the word "FEAR" when you watch Oscar. Same as Cotto. These guys crap themselves and freeze up because they know they will get beaten to the punch.
