I agree, these corrupt officials need to feel the repercussions of selling their scorecard to make an extra buck.

If the extreme incompetence is from his age, then he should retire. Being a boxing judge isn't selling avon products and ****, it directly affects other peoples lives. Fighters train and deprive themselves for years to get to the point where they're on HBO. **** isn't some retirement fund for old judges to make money.

There's probably a better way to go about it though, like emailing HBO and threatening to cancel subscription or boycott promoters. C.R.E.A.M. so that's what would motivate them to actually do something.

How do you know...How do you know what Martinez and countless other boxers have to sacrifice just to get to that next level and stay relevant.

I mean being away from your families for months, the cost of training camp, losing weight, learning technique all so u can get on TV and sometime a loss get you kicked off TV.

So all that hard work to win a fight or perform to the highest standard and some judge robs you, and you are saying nobody livelihood got taken advantage off....are you kidding me?


All these inept judges should at least explain their scorecard instead of going into obscurity like they always do when they are finish doing their famous John Dillinger impression.

The commision is not doing enough because this keeps happening. I'm not telling you to call him and disrespect him, I called in order for him to explain his scorecard....this is the sport I love, and it hurt when people like this does stuff like that.

So if you fought for 12 rounds and you knew you won and then you hear a score card that said you only won 1 round and then on top of that...the judge that gave you one round won't even explain to you why?

I'd pick a profession where 3 random people's opinion didn't influence how I got paid. Either that or I'd man up and not allow the fight to be close.
