Pacquiao never had a real conditioning coach in Justin Fortune who left in 2008 after 7/8 years with the Filipino. Alex Ariza on the other hand has a degree in sports medicine. Pacquiao also has nutritionist in Teri Tom to look at his caloric intake, something Packy never had before until the Oscar fight.
