Tour de france cyclists aren't and they consume 8 to 10k

What's so hard about 6 or 7 for Pac then?

No, just showing your line of reasoning. You're not factoring skills, styles.

Just because Pacquiao didn't take out guys quickly at 130 doesn't mean he didn't have the power to do so. Look at Pacquiao's fights at 130. He never countered like he did with Hatton, Cotto, Oscar. He bull rushed while his opponents went backwards dissipating some the power. He did that with Barrera, Marquez, Morales, Solis, Larios.

Do you notice in the Valezquez and Morales 3 fight what finished the job quickly was a simple right hook. No multitude of punches just a right hook. He always had power. I ask again, how did Alexis Arguello do it going up all those weights?

            6,500 calories for a 5’6 guys, sounds very su****ions.

Steroids increase your bodie's rate of metabolism. Natural steroids are produced in the adrenal glands, and the body knows how to regulate production to fit your bodie's needs. When you are taking a different dose than what your body is used to, it kick starts your metabolism into overdrive.

Steroids make you hungry, you know

manny doesn't train 7 hours a day like phelps does, and he doesn't do it on a pool

btw, compare phelps size to manny's size

Manny used swimming to condition himself for Cotto
