I like him, sorta, but Eddie will get wrecked. He has no power. Klit will be boring and methodical as usual.
Wladmir Klitschko vs. Eddie Chambers scheduled for March 20/10

Eddie lean back from the waist style was effective against Dimitrenko who has an 83" reach, Dimitreno has fast hands too. But we'll see who wins come March 20.lol i do like Chambers but no, no he's not.
Eddie doesn't use a peek-a-boo style it's just a high guard.
Klychko's jab does as much damage as some HW's power punches. I also don't see Eddie's leaning back from the waist style being very effective gainst Volodymyr givin his reach & handspeedLast edited by Boxingwizard; 12-07-2009, 05:33 AM.Comment

Wlad will win this one, unless he's declined from the nine months of inactivity. He'll stop Chambers sometime in the middle rounds.Comment

Eddie stepped up after his defeat by Povetkin, and lost weight. His fight against the large Dimitrenko showed he has heart - esp. after the previous loss. He is fast and is technically a very solid boxer. I like him and wish him luck.
That being said, Dimitrenko is not Wladimir. WK is as fast as Eddie (with the hands at least), has far more punching power, more ring experience, and generally comes into the ring at top-notch condition. I doubt that Eddie will win more than 1-2 rounds.
TKO by Wlad in the mid-late rounds (7-10).Comment

Wladimir will constantly be hitting air and gloves once he fights Chambers. You watch Chambers, although he looks spectacular defensively, he never takes a defensive risk, his gloves are always in a position to block his head. Wladimir will be landing like one or two clean shots a round or probably none at all.Comment

Absolutely no way Chambers beats Wlad. He is the perfect opponent for Wlad, just see how Chris Byrd fights.
FYI, prime Byrd would have beaten Chambers with no issues.Comment
