We'll, we're already aboard the Maidana hype train so why not?

Henry IS a great player, one of the finest ever to have played. He didnt cheat, all he did was to run with the ball and it was bouncing everywhere andaccidently hit his hand. France were the better team over the two legs, they have a better chance of winning, more people would tune in to see France, would you rather see Henry at the world cup or Kevin Doyle? lol

anyway back to the topic.

When/If Khan and Maidanna fight i will be putting a whole load of money on Khan winning by stoppage. Khan is too strong, too powerful for Maidanna. Plus moving up in weight has given him better punch resistant

Since Khan moved up he hasn't been hit cleanly and hasn't faced anyone with power, even a win of Maidana wouldn't be that impressive. A win over Bradley, Hatton, Malignaggi, Campbell and i will start to believe the hype. Until then he's unproven and overrated.

People forget that Maidana also has a terrible chin. Plus he has no defence.

While Khan doesn't have a good chin, he now has a good defence, and great lateral movement to back up his chin deficiencies. This is a fight where both guys have poor chins, but one has the better defence, better speed, and better skills.

I have to go with Khan by KO before 5. He is going to have too much speed and skill for Maidana. The only way Maidana wins is if he catches Khan cold.

Excuses? Maidana hasn't done anything apart from beat Ortiz. Maidana would be a step up for Khan but Maidana is still a step below World level.

Maidana has got nothing but power, Hatton and Malignaggi are still better fighters than Maidana.
