Anyone that watched his coming out party against Bunema should have already known this.

The reason the Cintron fight was boring is because Cintron was holding constantly and because he had a stance where southpaws are more reluctant to throw.

Ultimately, like I said, what's considered entertaining is a matter of opinion.
Im not talking about entertainment value at this point.
I have no opinion of Dirrells skills over Froch either. Although Dirrell seems to have more options. Dirrell choses what tools he will use in the ring. I think he made the wrong decision vs Froch since he seemed to have success at times when he chose to fight but he didnt want to get hit.

All Im saying is slick boxing isnt about fleeing or only being elusive or clinching when your on the inside or dont like the situation. A true slick boxer can have an offense and still be evasive.

        Understood.

I just wasn't sure where you were coming from initially.

To you, Dirrell might fight like a *****, but is entertaining to others.
You're really going to try to argue that some people would pay top dollar and be glued to the scrren with Dirrell's performance vs Froch? Come on man.

Apparently alot of Americans think slick = having to fight like a *****.

Bute & Martinez are perfect example of slick fighters but they don't run, fight and are exciting.

Floyd for the most part, Dirrell ,Dawson alot of other Americans seem to embody the other kind that get confused with 'slick' and don't understand why people don't enjoy watching their fights.

You can be both slick and exciting while also fighting

Bute is definitely slick, Another thing i dont like is some people think you can only be slick if you're black/american.

He needs more power, but I think Yuri Foreman is pretty slick. Excellent footwork and he's very difficult to hit cleanly.

Agree. Same goes for the "street toughness" Stewart comments and peoples belief in Williams supposed amazing handspeed. All attributes which are innate in those fighters if you're to believe American media.

Yeah, if Yuri had some power and wasn't a soon to be Rabbi who was so anti-violence in regards to boxing (figure that out) he could be. Never will be though cuz of those 2 things.
