Please stop crying. Both man fought their hearts and both deserved to win the fight. Therefore before the decision i said i would be satisfied if either won the bout. But once again one bad scorecard makes everyone **** their pants and makes them scream robbery. Bad scorecard yes, robbery no. Could have gone to either man.
This fight was not a robbery

When a judge scores a fight like that by that wide a margin, he was never going to give the fight to the person who lost no matter what happened. That means the fighter who won had a judge giving him the fight before it even started. That means the fighter who lost was robbed. This has nothing to do with whether Paul Williams deserved to win, it was a close fight, either fighter could be considered the winner. One judge decided he was giving the fight to Paul Williams no matter what, that means Sergio Martinez was ROBBED.Comment

I agree that both men deserved to win. However:
Martinez was robbed by Pierre Benoist on the scorecards. Is that not a robbery? Isn't that what everybody is complaining about (and rightfully so).
Had there been a competent and unbiased judge in the place of Pierre Benoist, then the result of the fight may have been quite different.Comment
