Someone please explain to me why the hell every post on this site has to include some ignorant comment about Mayweather. This post is about Williams/Martinez, yet some dumbass is taking a cheap shot at Mayweather. If someone put a post on here about Joe Louis/Max Smelhling fight,, at least one dumbass like this will use it to take a shot at Mayweather. It amazes me how ****ing ****** some of the people on this site are.

Great fight, could go either way.

      119 -110 was bull****

And my scorecard was '115 - 113' in favor of Martinez.

More accurate, better ring generalship, best punches.

Where in that quote is Mayweather even mentioned?? And I didn't take any cheap shots at Mayweather. I said I think he'd embarrass the so called "most feared man". Reading comprehension is key. Idiot.

Sergio was landing hard shots but they were one shot at a time where Paul was tagging him with combinations and winning the exchanges. The shots looked pity pat and times but the side of Martinez's face told a different story. Its crazy because some of you claiming Martinez won were the same saying Dirrell lost against Froch and he was a little active but doing alot of the same except Sergio was getting tagged where Dirrell hardly got hit

            Big Williams friend

I am a big Williams fan. I have trained with him, interviewed with him, kick it with his manager when they are in town. With that being said I scored it a draw. If either fight won I wouldnt have been mad, but that score was RI****IN****ULOUS.

For those that claim he got exposed, consider he had to make an adjustment from a conventional fighter to a southpaw. Any boxer knows there is a significant different. Also, Paul got hit a lot in the Quintana fight AND the Mitchell fight. Well, not as hard in the Mitchell fight, but nevertheless he got hit. He has problems with southpaws. But NOBODY can take away from that gritty performance. And I LIKE MARTINEZ. That dude can fight. I liked him after the Cintron fight and I am really digging the dude now. And unlike all you Gayweather ****riders, when asked if he wanted the rematch, he basically said YES. How can you NOT like a dude who was in a war and wants a rematch. Lets do it at 154 for Sergio's strap.

115-113 Martinez. Excellent fight overall. Of course the 119-110 was a joke, but sadly it's expected. I don't have any problems with the 114-114 and 115-113 Williams cards. Some rounds were extremely close.

Hopefully they get a re-match scheduled soon and hopefully Williams can learn how to defend himself.

Wtf were you watching? Paul was throwing pitty pat amateur punches damn near the whole fight. Activity means nothing when you're hitting air. Dirrell did nothing. Froch did nothing. Sergio was doing something the entire fight.

Oh there is definately gonna be a rematch. You gotta love Williams for winning a fight like that and not being satisfied. The guy wants it to be clear he is the best fighter so as long as it can get signed, Williams vs Martinez II will definately be next for both fighters. I know Paul and his manager and there is NO WAY Paul will fight ANYBODY else until the Martinez mess is sorted out.

So that stiff jab and them hard rights that left the side of Martinez's face bruised and swolen were pity pat

Paul won clearly. Of course Lampley and Kellerman are going to hate the black fighter. What else is new?
