Less ****y? He's fighting C-level fighters, ducking Prescott and still talking hella ****. He doesn't want another rematch and is waiting for Prescott to turn old.

If you watch numerous interviews with Khan he always says how he wants to have the rematch with Prescott just to prove to himself he can beat him and eliminate any doubt. Khan wants the rematch but nobody else does purely because they can see how it is a pointless step back.
