Ariza use to be Diego Corrales' strength and conditioning coach would you like to question and smear his reputation too?

Whatever you say Salita, I mean markfromBROOKLYN. Maybe Ariza really just knows what he's doing. I heard he introduced plyometrics in pac's regimen and showed great results. Maybe he implemented that in Khan's camp. I'm liking the Roach Ariza tandem right now. I'm a little bit disappointed though to how Khan suddenly throws his defense out of the window when he saw Salita was hurt. If he does that to JMM, he'll get knocked out because marquez has great recovery. I'm impressed with the power, not pretty convinced with the defense yet. Khan still has tendency to get overly excited.

I think Ariza has got to take a lot of credit. Khan looks totally different from Eighteen months ago when he was musclebound and looked rigid. He looks and moves like a fighter rather than a body builder now,and I think that has improved his all round speed a hell of a lot.

He just decisioned a good boxer in Kotelnik and TKO'ed another decent boxer in Salita, give the guy a break instead of trying to downgrade him.

I'm not even a Khan fan, but i am a fan of boxing and I can't stand all these accusations of Pacquiao using steroids and now Khan? C'mon appreciate your sport, i'm being serious.

Less ****y? He's fighting C-level fighters, ducking Prescott and still talking hella ****. He doesn't want another rematch and is waiting for Prescott to turn old.
