One reason Pacquiao has looked so well against welterweights is because they lack the speed of the lower classes.

I don't think Pacquiao could have handled a fast and precise puncher like mayweather at that class.

At 147 i believe Pac has a better chance if he uses his speed and workrate to his advantage.
