Exactly. best case this is poor judgement on Wards behalf. Worst case it's juicing.

Associating themself with a convicted doping doctor is just terrible.

I quoted an article from LA-times. I never in my wildest dreams would have suspected Ward or any other top athlete to willingly be associated that crooked scumbag Conte.

That may be, but obviously what they're using isn't illegal or they would've gotten the boot by now.

This L.A. Times article was posted a few days ago, but yeah, it's really puzzling as to why athletes would publicly associate with Conte after all that happened. But then again Capetillo and Panama Lewis have kept training. Still, Ward has a potentially bright future ahead of him.

Who knows. Conte (and Fuentes) has always been a step ahead of the dopinghunters (WADA).

The association alone should have raised eyebrows in CSAC, Goosens and SHOWTIME.

Those three are all crooked IMO.

But why are Sauerland being so ****** as to have Abraham fight Dirrell in Rancho Mirage, California on Mar 6? I would avoid California like the plague if I were a boxing promoter.

And I was hoping it would be in Las Vegas so I could get an inexpensive flight and see it.

in the words of a great man "either charge him or leave him alone" journalists speculate and are wrong all the time. They are paid to produce scandal its the media. Think ward knows conte's reputation so why would he give an interview to an la times reporter outing himself for using dope? That would be ******* move of the year and I think this case is less about doping more about hurt feelings.

You can always fly to Vegas on Monday, party all week, then rent a car and drive to Cali for the fight.
