When Pacquiao was 21 he was fighting at 122lbs I think. When Mayweather was 22 he was fighting at 130lbs.

Bone structure---guys technically stop at 25. yeah, by the time Pacquiao was in his early 20s he was a legit 122 fighter. He tried to go back down to 112 and got KTFO like whuuuw

Pac did not have the technique at 130 and lost to Morales. He has looked more dominant at 147.

But he's never been tested technically above 140.
