I don't think Pavlik would be able to land on Pac. And, Pavlik has not looked impressive in like 2yrs. I don't know if he still has it. I don't think he is the same version that KO'd Taylor. I don't think he is there mentally anymore. But, if he lands then he would KO Pac. He does have a puncher chance. But, I just don't think he would be able to land clean.

with an 8 inch height advantage and arms longer than pac's body , he could probably beat pac with the jab alone.

put his right up to block his face and just jab everytime pac comes in. done.
