I don't think it's a done deal. They said they had some "fine tuning" yet to be made on the contracts. Can it be fixed outside the deal?

Same guys who were quick to jump on Roach statement that PAC want's a 60/40 split, even though Roach admits that PAC is yet to read the said contract(PAc doesnt even know PBF settled for a 50/50 at the time), is the same guys right now who are saying that we shouldn't believe what Roach is saying simply because it makes PBF look bad.I call it "double standard"

154 is a crock if Floyd made 146 for his last fight he isn't going to want to fight at 154

but here is the thing

in Nevada, where the fight probably will land, anything 135 and above is 10oz gloves unless both parties agreed to 8oz. I had an issue with that for Nov 14th as I forgot this and sent 8oz with both Gomez and Soto Karass but luckily they both agreed to 8oz being the glove.

here is the amended rule:

"At Thursday's meeting, the commission voted 4-0 [one commissioner was absent] to allow lightweight and welterweight fighters the option of using 8- or 10-ounce gloves. If the camps can't agree, the default glove size will be 10 ounces, commission executive director Keith Kizer said."

so if Mayweather balks and the camps cannot agree then it defaults to 10s

Yogi isn't the caliber fighter Floyd is' for this particular fight 147 is the best weight for both guys and would make the best fight. 154 is to big for manny in this particular fight

The proposed match with Manny and Mayweather is too soon !!!!! I have to agree with Roach, Manny needs more time, but I guess "MONEY" overrides what Roach thinks. Give the first advantage to Mayweather. Unlike Pacman, Floyd is always in the gym and doesnt wait until training camp to get in shape; he stays in shape. Floyd will pick him apart !!!!!
