No I do not agree. Collins was overrated. And that's putting it nicely since he was never really RATED by anyone with half a brain about boxing.

The fact that you think the bums I mentioned give him a harder fight says everything.
The man gave a great showing in only what his 17th fight against the bodysnatcher and ran Sweet Reggie close.
He never had the skills but had great heart and toughness.
