I know terrible insults. You would think he would come out with something half decent instead of YO MOMMA insults. He's a typical yank, he calls them out and then ducks both of them.Toney called them both out and even insulted them in the worst possible ways. How come both Eubank and Benn never got their revenge by wanting to fight him?
Were they scared that they were going to lose and not be able to get revenge for being dishonored or what?
Roy jones never called them out, but why didn't they ever call Roy Jones out or made any attempts to fight him while he was ranked #1? Didn't they want to fight the best and prove they were better than Jones?Comment

Terrible insults or maybe not, but all I know is that they did have an affect Eubank. The guy froze for a few minutes and even claimed that he would not be able to sleep for a few days.
And Where did you come up with the idea that Toney called them out and then ducked them??
They ducked him my man. Toney wanted those fightsComment

Just like Jones would beat Green, but we all know how most people were wrong about that don't we.Jones and Toney are a completely different level to Eubank and Benn, its like comparing manny pacquiao and ricky hatton, hattons was elite but manny is an atg, Toney wouldve destroyed both those guys and theres no point in even speculating what roy jones would've done to themComment

You're right about one thing...Green compared to Jones is equivelant to Eubank/Benn compared to Toney.
The only way they could have beat him, would be by getting lucky and landing a one-hitter quitter. I don't see them coming close to beating a prime Toney. (no wonder they ducked the **** out of him and then Benn goes and makes up a story about going to Toney's gym and challenging him to sparr....LOL look how ironic that sounds. Even if that was true, why int he world would Benn wanna sparr him with protection on when he could have fought and knocked him out in a pro-bout?? Because he was scared that's why.)
This vid doesn't prove that Toney was ducked 100%, but it makes DMAN good point. Shame on Ebubank/Benn for being called chumps and bums and keeping their mouths shut.
At the same time props to Eubank for showing that he cares about his mother and he takes such insults very seriously. Too bad that he didn't prove those ethics by challenging Toney to a fight though.Last edited by Albo Da Kid; 12-04-2009, 07:40 AM.Comment

The Benn pre Mcclellan would of had a punchers chance against Roy, post Mcclellan nope, Eubank wouldn't of been able to hand Roy's speed. Against Toney, I think Eubank would of had a chance, Benn would of lost. Eubank would of had a chance just because he wouldn't of really engaged with Toney and it would of gone to points, Benn would of got KO'd against Toney.
Eubank went into his shell after what happened to Watson in their second fight, Eubank was never the same fighter he weren't really wanting to go to war in fights after that. Benn/Eubank just really hated each other reason to why that fight took place. But I do respect the fact that towards the end of Eubanks career, he came out of his shell and was some what the old Eubank pre-Watson.Last edited by Kunty McPhuck; 12-04-2009, 07:42 AM.Comment

I bet you've never even seen a Eubank or Benn fight, Toney was good but he wasn't anything special he had a lot of gift decisions in his prime. Jones was a great boxer but like Tyson his opponents made him look better than he was, he didn't take risks. Benn would have beat 95% of Jones bum opponents a lot quicker than Jones did.Comment

Theres no point arguing with a ****** on national TV with millions watching. Toney is obviously not all there in the head. You're right about one thing...Green compared to Jones is equivelant to Eubank/Benn compared to Toney.

Would have, should have, could have. Jones was the one catching headlines, not Eubank and Benn.I bet you've never even seen a Eubank or Benn fight, Toney was good but he wasn't anything special he had a lot of gift decisions in his prime. Jones took his time beating his opponents btw. That was his style. I bet if he wanted to get them out of there early he could have done so...I mean he had the skills, athleticism, accuracy, power to do so better than Eubank could have done.
Toney was just a beast. An yes I've watched both Eubank and Benn fight. The only one out of the two that could have given Toney problems would be Eubank. Benn was just tailor-made for Tones.Comment
