I think Quintana may have purposely sparred wrong with Williams to sabotage him.

Quintana is good sparring for this fight. Southpaw with somewhat of a similar style. I hope Williams remembers that Martinez is bigger, stronger, faster and hits harder than Quintana.

Great move by Quintana actually.. feeling Williams out for the next time Quintana kicks his ass. Not only will have gone 13 rounds with him but also have had a few sparring sessions as well.

i don't get it...martinez and quintana are two completely different fighters...martinez is slick as **** and throws 100 punches per round...and he's fast as ****...all the things that CQ is not...
