Mayweather is a really really good fighter. I think he's very like Pernell but a little better just because his defense is even better.

I've said the same also, Mayweather and Pernell's defense are about equal. Just that I'm more impressed with Whitaker's display of defense. Both VERY entertaining to watch.

him vs Williams would have been interesting too, but I cant help but to think itd be a replay of Quintana-Williams I...

him vs Pacquiao would have been quite interesting as well. off the top of my head, I cant think of anyone Whitaker fought that had Pacquiao level speed.

5'5 1/2, not that tall but he had a pretty big frame for a little guy.

And very strong legs too. Despite his lack of punching power, he could get real rough in there as well. These are some difficult match ups though.

Very very true. Whitaker's legs were very very strong. He pushed JCC, Oscar, JCV and even Tito around.
