Whitaker would beat Mosley at LW or WW imo, he would of beaten Mayweather to. These would be his hardest match ups but guys like Margarito are not on his level, no matter how big he is.

Mayweather is a really really good fighter. I think he's very like Pernell but a little better just because his defense is even better.

5'5 1/2, not that tall but he had a pretty big frame for a little guy.
