the point I was trying to drive home that they both will be treated as assault. Of course they were different situations with one involving a woman and one a male reporter. I am aware of that. I was just talking about it legally ya'll. Im not that silly to not see the difference between the two.

Making fun of disabled people isn't cool so the reporter deserved it. Personally Roach sould have knocked him out but he's too in for that
