I do not think terribly much of roach anymore, and he should be held accountable...but it was a shove and a threat that people make in the heat of arguments. I don't think it needs to get legal. A public apology is all that should happen here and for all we know the reporter/journalist provoked roach.

I'm pretty sure that's what the writer is looking for but I don't believe Roach going to apologize to dude.
