I've watched a bit of Duran's fights and I think that if floyd measures him, maintains distance, snaps the jab, and doesn't trade like leonard did in the first fight he would be able to beat this cat. He leans forward and kinda squares his feet a lot of the time and utilizing a good stiff jab and shoot that straight as he's coming in could be very effective. I'll add more as people start to pick apart my opinion.
That's good stuff. I don't have a problem with people saying Mayweather as long as you can back it up and dicuss why instead of argueing like children. I picked Duran but good answer.

NO NO NO,at floyd's peak was 135 & below,at those weights, floyd definately has a 50/50 chance!!At 147 floyd barely jabs & reallies heavily on that lead right hand, with a pathetic punch average of around 35 punches a round!!The 147 version of floyd gets stopped!!For the simple fact that floyd at 147 has never been in there with an elite fighter,Duran wouldn't be the 1 for floyd to battle, sorry!!

I agree Mario. I've always said Floyd's not the same fighter he used to be at lower weights and though I pick a Duran UD you can say the same thing about Duran at 147 compared to Duran at 135.

Please, Floyd would school Duran badly and make him do a No Mas. Floyd is the most complete boxer Duran would ever face. Floyd is not ****** as Leonard and would not brawl with Duran. He would stay on the outside and win a easy clinic one sided boxing display. During the fight, Duran would look amateurish and people would compare him to Gatti

Duran dominated that weight class on his prime.

Duran is the man when applying pressure to a slick fighter like Floyd, he did it against Leonard and got him a decision win.

                Duran UD.

Did Leonard fight a slick fight or a brawl?
