I don't think he should be there either, just that his last fight shouldn't drop him and IMO he isn't far from where he should be (around 8-10).

Dawson should be in front of him because even though he doesn't have a win as Darchinyan, Adamek, Tarver (2x), and Johnson (2x), put him over the top.

Yeah, the list would be completely different if it was actually a top fighters of 09 and they went by what happened in 09. It would be something like:

1. Pacquiao
2. V. Klitschko
3. Ward
4. Dawson
5. Bute

etc.
