I called my dad up and reminded him that the fights were on tonight like five minutes before it started and I made it a point to tell him that I wasn't going to spoil the results for him. The next thing you know, the announcing crews open their fat dirty traps. ****suckers.Comment

Lets be real though. They never planned on RJ losing. That totally screwed them up. They already had it setup for him to come on 2nd. He's the bigger name star fighting in a bigger fight for a new weight class title and its in a different Country. All that is much more exciting than the Hopkins fight. Thats how they had everything setup the whole time so I think it through them off when he lost and they didnt know if they should make the RJ fight 1st or if they should speak on it or what. Also, they probably still wanted to have RJ last because everyone heard about it in the sports waves this morning and would want to watch it so you want it to headline regardlessComment

Why would they give a **** whether or not you watch (or spoil) another TV Network's program.
Most, if not all of the viewers knew the outcome already. They were catering to their own TV audience, not someone else's.
HBO and ShowTime do it all the time to each other.Last edited by deliveryman; 12-02-2009, 11:06 PM.Comment
