IF this is true please dont blame the elections. Everyone except pac wanted it in may and it couldnt happen because of that. Arum and roach said manny WILL fight in march regardless of whether its floyd or not. Roach said manny wants the fight in march but floyd doesnt. Now that floyd "signed the contract" that changes? Lol at that especially if he fights foreman. Funny how all the hardcore pac fans were saying floyd is scared to fight after roach and arum said march. Now they will find excuses about the election. I'm a huge Manny Pacquiao fan and I have accused Mayweather of ducking opponents before (rightfully so) but I'm not delusional. If Manny doesn't make this fight happen in March or May, I can see it for what it is........a duck!!! There is no excuse. I don't want to hear this political BS or any other excuse. Make the fight happen or retire and be a politician. I really hope I'm jumping the gun on this.
