Mayweather has a much higher Boxing IQ and possesses the hand speed to make Manny pay each time he makes a mistake. I doubt Pac is able to get through Mayweather's defence and land so easily as he did against Cotto.

Manny is a great fighter, but you're overrating him if you think he will completely destroy Mayweather.
Just out of curiosity, which rounds did you give to Oscar? Of the three judges that night, Oscar only won one round, and that was on Stanley Christodoulou's card (and that was the first round).

I think Manny's ring intelligence is really underrated. He's definitely not the 1-1-2 puncher that I remember from his fights with Morales, Barrera, Marquez 1, etc.

But he still drops his hands after every punch he throws, and I think Mayweather is smart enough and quick enough to take advantage of that.

I've only seen the fight once, so i can't recall which rounds exactly he won exactly but from what i remember he definitely did manage to grab some of the earlier rounds.

Floyd is great in the ring, I have no problem saying that. Pac is at least competitive in the same department IMO.

But to see ODLH winning "some of the earlier rounds" can only be justified by your screen name! That ODLH Pac fight was pretty one-sided as it gets. With regards to how the fight ended, you are correct in saying that ODLH corner stopped the fight but if you watch the fight again you might see that Oscar was likely agreeing with that decision of his corner.

his corner said "theres no point of continuing, he's too fast, lets stop the fight, is that alright with you?" then oscar agrees and walks to congratulate pacquiao.

It's worth repeating, for the umpteenth time, that Oscar was a much healthier and much heavier version than the one Manny faced. Granted, it's Oscar fault for believing he could drop so many pounds to a weight he hadn't fought in in ages.

Not only that, but Oscar had all the advantages that would indicate he would coast to comfortable victory. That's with Freddie Roach in his corner who laid out the blueprint to, "finally", put an end to the Mayweather "hype".

Some folks seem to forget that for some reason.

If Pacquiao boxes with Floyd he has a chance...if he thinks he's gonna muscle Floyd and just maul him, he'll be left on the canvas wondering what hit him...
