Toney of 3-4 years ago would beat Adamek, as of now Toney still has the defence and smarts to outbox Adamek but I don't know if he still has it in him to work like Adamek would make him, cause even if he's countering Adamek he's still gonna have to throw a lot because Adamek will attack a lot.
